Under SC law, SCMHI holds a seat on the state agency board that governs the modular industry in the State, the SC Building Codes Council.

SCMHI was at the SC Statehouse every day of the legislative session in 2013. We believe that the only way to successfully monitor and influence state law is to physically be there day-in, day-out.
